    Children's Hospital of Fudan University (abbreviation: CHFU, Chinese: 复旦大学附属儿科医院) is a national-level tertiary children's hospital in Shanghai, China. It is a university hospital affiliated to Fudan University Shanghai Medical College. The hospital is located in Minhang District with an outpatient clinic located in Xuhui District. It has been consistently ranked as the top children's hospital in China, and the first children's hospital in Asia to be accredited by Joint Commission International.

    Nationally, the hospital is consistently ranked first for general pediatrics, first for pediatric medicine, and second for pediatric surgery. It is licensed for 711 inpatient beds, with 35,000 admissions annually. Its outpatient clinics serve over 2.21 million patients annually. As of 2013, the hospital has 1396 employees, with 118 senior staff physicians and 63 postgraduate student advisors.

    Renji Hospital (Chinese: 仁济医院) is a general hospital with the rank of "Grade 3, Class A". The hospital is a university hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. As Pudong became an open economic development zone, Renji chose a new place for its extension in Lujiazui. Now, Renji Hospital has three parts, the west part is the old place in Puxi, the east part is in Pudong New Area, and the south part is in Pujiang Town, Minhang District. There is only an out-patient clinic in the south part.

    Up till 2007, the campus space is 24.2 acres (98,000 m2) and the building space is 185,744 square meters. Renji Hospital has 1,600 patient-beds. The hospital has 2,651 employees, among them 411 are senior doctors. It treats about 2,170,000 emergency cases and outpatients, about 57,000 inpatients and over 28,000 operations every year.     Shanghai Chest Hospital (Chinese: 上海市胸科医院) is the earliest founded hospital in China, specializing in cardiovascular systems, lung, esophagus, trachea and mediastinum. The hospital was founded in 1957, and Huang Jiasi served as the first president. First vice-presidents were Lan Xichun and Gu Kaishi. In 1957, it was designated by Ministry of Health as a national training center for cadio-vascular and chest surgery. From 1988, it became a teaching hospital of formerly Shanghai Second Medical University. In 1994, it was elected 3-star First-Class hospital. In 2004, it became Shanghai Red Cross Chest Hospital.
